By downloading or using Choresy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Choresy helps families organize chores, assignments, and rewards. One adult creates a family and can invite additional adult or child members to join.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. Family organizers are responsible for the member profiles they create, including those representing children.
Choresy offers an optional "Family Plus" upgrade with two purchase options:
All purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple App Store account. The yearly subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies — Choresy does not process payments or refunds directly.
Use Choresy only for its intended purpose of organizing household chores. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other families' data, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
You may stop using Choresy and request account deletion at any time by contacting choresyapp@proton.me. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Choresy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
